3 months (12 weeks). Classes are held once a week for 2 hours.

Age Limit

18 years and above

Educational & Eligibility Requirements

No prior educational qualifications are required.

Yoga Experience

Prior experience in yoga is not essential.

Medical Documents

If any ailment or medical condition exists, submission of clinical reports at the time of admission is necessary.

Completion

A minimum of 80% attendance is essential. Upon successful completion of the course, a Traimasik Certificate will be issued to participants.

This certificate does not permit the holder to teach yoga at any level.

The right to issue certificates lies solely with SAYK.
