Educational &Eligibility Requirement

1. Minimum Qualification: 10^th standard passed
2. Sadhak should have completed Triamasik Course & repeated it three times.
3. After three times repeating of the Traimasik course the Sadhak should have given seva for one-year at SAYK.
4. Sadhak should be able to sit for minimum 30 minutes in padmasana.
5. Practice of all Traimasik Shuddhi kriyas & Yogasanas compulsory.

Yoga Experience

Cleansing process, Shuddhi kriyas & Yogasanas of the Traimasik course.

Documents

Recommendation Letter of Branch Sanchalak, Certificate of Traimasik Course, Aadhar card, educational certificate & Passport size photo.

Completion

1. A certificate of yoga teacher will be issued on successful completion of the course with more than 90% attendance & passing the examination with minimum 50% marks or more in theory and practical.
2. The certificate holder can teach yoga at Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir or its branches.
3. Right to issue the certificate is with SAYK.
