Suryanamaskar & Yogasana Competition 2026

1st feb Suryanamaskar event and on 7th ,8th Feb. 2026 Yogasan Competition conducted at Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir .Sadhak from age 15 to age 65 & above participated in the event.Teachers from all branches sponteniously participated and won the trophies.Teachers from zone 7 are highest to participate , so got Zonal Trophy !  In suryanamaskar event 180 sadhak participated out of which  100 sadhak completed 108 suryanamaskar !
