Appointment for Yoga Sessions by Shivram Singh Sanman Singh English High School, Bhandup (West) - Academic Year 2026-27

Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir has been appointed by Shivram Singh Sanman Singh English High School, Bhandup (West) to conduct regular Yoga sessions for its students for the Academic Year 2026-27.

As a part of this initiative, Yoga classes will be conducted every Wednesday from 8:00 am to 9:00 am in the school premises.

Batch Details:
- Std. 5th & 6th: 200 Students
- Std. 7th & 8th: 200 Students

The Yoga sessions have commenced from 7th October, 2026.

The objective of this program is to inculcate physical fitness, mental concentration, discipline and overall well-being among the students through authentic and traditional Yogic practices as taught by Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir.

        

       

 

 

Shri Ambika Yoga Kutir, Thane regularly conduct Yoga Sanskar Varg for school going students.

School students are pillar of the Nations. To make these pillars more focused and aim oriented ,SAYK

helps students by conducting Yoga Varga.

SAYK conduct yoga varg in May & October in school holidays at various branches i.e. Thane Main

Branch, Thane East Branch, RCF Colony Branch. It also conduct residential yoga sanskar varg at

Sajjangad, Satara. It also conduct regular Yoga Varg in schools like  NavBharat School Mulund. From

This year Parag Vidyalaya, Bhandup.
